Copyright 2005 Kerry Flinders I am a very busy gal. I have a successful marriage. I have two active young teen age boys. I run a successful business (both on and off of the internet). My home is always presentable. My laundry is always done. And I strive to live a stress free life as well. I have been called a “super woman” by my friends. They do not understand how I can accomplish so much, and yet always seem to be so relaxed and happy. They want to know my secrets.
My secrets?? I have but one…and it really is as simple as eliminating my "mental clutter".
”Mental Clutter”? What is that? How do you eliminate it? |

Copyright 2005 Kathryn Williamson I bet you’re like me - you want results now, without having to put in the effort and time to make things change. We want to pray a prayer and have instant results. Kind of like microwave Christianity!

Copyright 2005 David Chandler I often play a little game with myself when I have to go shopping; to the post office or on other errands.
Sometimes I will just go about my business and make little comment or eye contact with the person serving me. Other times I will smile and talk to the person. Ask them how they are. Even make a joke!
The difference is incredible. And it is amazing what affect it has on both them and me. |

Copyright 2005 Abi Motala You may not have control over what happens to you in every season or cycle of your life, but you most certainly have a choice as to how you deal with everything that happens to you. I just heard someone use it in the context of personal and financial success and it struck me as a brilliant summary of an issue we raise in the SMG Tutorials.
